What are the shipping costs for orders?
Shipping is FREE on all products! The price you see is the price you pay!
We strive to bring our customers the very best products at the lowest possible cost! This is why we provide free trackable shipping by ePacket to ALL our customers!
How long does the delivery take?
Our products come directly from our overseas suppliers and arrive in 7 to 29 days. While this isn’t the quickest shipping option available, it’s one of the most economical and secure methods available; providing the most expeditious, trackable, best-valued shipping anywhere!
What is an e-Packet?
e-Packet shipping is an international standard in around 160 countries which allows tracking codes to be transitioned between multiple postal services / courier companies as the products travel the globe. Most retailers charge the customer extra for this service, but we’ve built our costs into our pricing to deliver these products to you at the lowest available cost.
The price you see is the price you pay! No additional fees or taxes!
What are the payment methods?
We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and of course Paypal.
Where is my order?
The most active way to always monitor your order status is to Register and Login to your account prior to completing your order. Then you access your My Account page to see your order history and their current status. We also send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its tracking number. Click on the link you received in your email and it will direct you to the tracking website.
If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email or accidentally deleted it, just send us a message at email@example.com and we'll find your order!
If the tracking page does not show any information it is most likely because your order was just shipped and can take 24-72 hours to update the tracking information. Please check back later.
If you have not received your package within the shipping window provided, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
If you have not received your order within your provided delivery window, we will be happy to process a replacement or a refund.
The tracking information shows it was "Delivered" but I haven't received it:
Occasionally the carrier will pre-mark a package as delivered once it has been loaded onto a truck for delivery in certain zip/postal codes. Please wait at least 24 hours after the package was marked delivered to see if it arrives.
If the tracking on your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service:
Check the immediate area; including mailbox, garage, porch, front desk.
Ask your neighbors or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.

Please note: All lost packages (shows "delivered" but not received) must be reported within 60 days of your order date. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.
Our customers’ satisfaction is our #1 priority! You can request a refund or replacement if:
- you do not receive your item(s)
- you receive the wrong item
- the item is damaged when you receive it
